Founded by the Merrill family in 1988, Legal Solutions has prepared thousands of legal documents over the last 25+ years. Allen, Darlene and Rob have helped thousands of clients with their legal needs at a fraction of the cost of an attorney.

In 2002, Allen served on an Arizona Supreme Court ad hoc committee to create a certification program for legal document preparers. He also served as the president of the Arizona Association of Independent Paralegals. We have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Most of our clients our referred by previous clients, title companies, banks, investment advisors and attorneys.

Allen and Darlene's son, Rob Merrill, began working with them in 2015 and took over Legal Solutions in 2019. Rob spent 12 years in banking with 7 years as a branch manager. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arizona State University's prestigous WP Carey School of Business.
